Unlimited Performance Studio Standards

New Instructors are all required to perform observation of our classes and training on our clinic equipment regardless of experience to uphold our studio standards.

There is no noncompete and instructors are allowed to teach at other locations in town, but are expected to adhere to our specific studio standards when teaching at our location.

We adhere to all Joe Pilates Principles:

Breath,

Concentration,

Centering,

Control,

Precision,

and Flow.

All terms of employment are on a 60 day probation.

NCPT/PMA Certification is preferred, but all reputable training is considered without NCPT/PMA.

We uphold our studio standards regardless of what other studios may require or not require to ensure that our clients get the same standard of training across the board.

Our standards are not designed to alter your teaching style, but to ensure our clients get consistent quality from their instructors at each class. Standards ensure the clients have time to perform the minimum reps of each exercise, and also to avoid performing unsupervised and excessive reps. We ensure quality over quantity. We ensure clear and concise instruction to avoid confusion and missed participation.

Clients are not to be demeaned during sessions, please use discretion when clients require extra education or instruction. Excessive offensive language is not tolerate. Please avoid risky exercises with clients with high potential for injury.
