Help Center
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No! Not unless you have Medicare or Tricare. As of 2016 we won our right as Doctors of Physical Therapy to be autonomous in our own profession. If you have any concerns, please feel free to call us and ask us.
What types of health insurance do you accept?
As we are a new practice and it takes months to get credentialed with different insurances, we currently only accept cash patients. Our sessions are priced in a way to be comparable to you not having met your insurance deductible. We are trying to accommodate all insurances, please let us know who you are covered by so that we can add them to our list.
What is your new patient procedure?
New patients can make an appointment with our front office at a time that suits them. An initial evaluation will be performed by one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy. They will be able to give you a treatment diagnosis and can refer you to another medical professional if need be along with administering an individualized treatment plan that suits your needs.
How long are my treatment sessions?
Most treatments sessions last about 60 minutes (sometimes more) and are a mixture of hands-on therapies and specialized exercises. For some people a 30 minute session will be appropriate based on your compliance and level of independence with your home exercises.
