Help Center
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No! Not unless you have Medicare or Tricare. As of 2016 we won our right as Doctors of Physical Therapy to be autonomous in our own profession. If you have any concerns, please feel free to call us and ask us.
What types of health insurance do you accept?
We take Medicare and BCBS.
We no longer take Aetna, United, Meritain, VA, Work Comp, Cigna...
We offer Superbills/HCFA to submit to your insurance if you are not in network to file, or we can file them for you so that your expense will go towards your deductible (in/out) and your insurance can reimburse you DIRECTLY.
What is your new patient procedure?
New patients can make an appointment with our front office at a time that suits them. An initial evaluation will be performed by one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy. They will be able to give you a treatment diagnosis and can refer you to another medical professional if need be along with administering an individualized treatment plan that suits your needs.
How long are my treatment sessions?
Most treatments sessions last about 60 minutes (sometimes more) and are a mixture of hands-on therapies and specialized exercises. For some people a 30 minute session will be appropriate based on your compliance and level of independence with your home exercises.
