Cancellation Policy

Your time is important, and our time is important, and we want to make sure you get the most out of your physical therapy. To help motivate your attendance and to recover our costs due to a last minute cancellation we have a late cancellation fee in place of $35.

We ask that you please give us a 24 hour cancellation notice to ensure that we can help someone else in the event that we cannot help you.

Now, we understand that emergencies do happen, and we will waive your first-time fee.
